Waylon grabs a pair of heat victories at Sweet Springs, fourth in A-Class feature

Blue Springs, Missouri’s Waylon Phillips made the short trip to Sweet Springs Motorsports Complex (Sweet Springs, Mo.) on Saturday afternoon competing in both of his Non-Wing and A-Class Micros.

After picking up a pair of heat wins, Phillips faded to finish 11th in his Non-Wing Micro while scoring a top-five finish in the A-Class. He raced to a fourth-place finish in the 25-lap feature, chasing Keegan Brewer, Peyton White, and Brody Hibdon across the line with Jaden Alexander coming in fifth.
